01 / DELIVERABLES

The fight.
The room.
The story.

Full-card coverage should show the shape of the night: the fighters, the crowd, the sponsors, the pressure, and the moments people remember after the final bell.

Deliverable

Walkouts

Fighter entrances with crowd reaction and atmosphere. High-energy frames that work as posters, social headers, and ticket graphics for the next show.

Deliverable

Action and Fight Sequences

Sharp exchanges, clean punching frames, clinch moments, and decisive shots from each bout across the full card.

Deliverable

Fighter Story

Body language, resets, corner conversations, recovery, focus, and the small moments that explain who the fighter is before and after the exchange.

Deliverable

Winners and Post-Fight

Decision moments, belt raises, corner celebrations, and fighter-to-camera portraits while emotion is still live.

Deliverable

Sponsor Boards and Branding

Ring-side sponsor boards, banner pulls, and corner branding in context. Delivered clean for sponsor renewal decks.

Deliverable

Crowd and Venue

Packed arena and ringside atmosphere showing the scale and energy of the event. Useful for ticket-sale copy and venue pitches.

Deliverable

Press and Social Selects

A curated subset of 30-50 images sized and cropped for immediate editorial and social use. No extra selection work required.

02 / DELIVERY

The 24-hour
PR window.

Most fight nights have a narrow window where press attention, fighter social momentum, and sponsor visibility all overlap. Missing it costs more than the photography.

Sponsor calls happen Monday morning

Sponsors decide renewal value within 48 hours of an event. Having branded images in their inbox first thing gives you a tangible deliverable before the invoice lands.

Ticket sales spike on post-event buzz

The night after a fight is when social reach peaks. Images from the card are the content that converts that reach into early-bird next-show ticket purchases.

Press deadlines do not move

Regional and trade outlets need imagery before their next print or digital cycle. 24-hour delivery covers most midweek deadlines from a weekend show.

Fighter social momentum is time-sensitive

Fighters posting their own walkout and winner images drives engagement that compounds. Delayed delivery means posting into silence.

Good to knowLuke has 15 years inside boxing, kickboxing, and K1, including actual fights. He understands fighter body language, corner rhythm, walkout energy, and fast event environments from the inside, so ringside coverage stays calm when the room gets loud.
03 / TECHNICAL

Built for
dark fight venues.

Arena lighting, smoke machines, and variable LED rigs are routine working conditions. Low-light work is a specialism here, not a setting guessed on the night.

Technical

Anti-flicker shutter control

LED arena lighting cycles at frequencies that cause banding on standard shutter speeds. Anti-flicker sync eliminates this at every shutter speed used. No green-band frames in the delivery.

Technical

Sony low-light platform

Fast Sony glass, including 28-70mm f/2 zoom coverage, keeps shutter speed high and files clean when venues drop into difficult light. This is professional event kit, not a hobby setup.

Technical

Dual-card redundancy

Every image written simultaneously to two cards in-camera. A card failure at any point in the night does not result in lost coverage. Full event protection as standard.

Technical

5 million GBP public liability

Full public liability insurance to 5m GBP. Venue and promoter documentation available on request. No additional rider required for standard combat sports venues.

Technical

Event marketing licence included

The standard package includes an event marketing licence covering digital and print promotion of the event: social, website, press, and sponsor decks. Fighter personal use is a separate licence.

Add-on

Sponsored Gallery

A sponsor funds the fighter gallery directly. Fighters access their images free of charge. The sponsor receives branding on the gallery landing page and a set of co-branded selects for their own marketing.

Works as a standalone arrangement or alongside The Promoter package. The promoter brokers the deal; the gallery becomes part of the sponsor activation at no additional cost to fighters.

Good to knowSponsors covering photography costs is a common arrangement in combat sports. This structures it cleanly with defined deliverables on both sides.
